Food truck Wednesdays

Food Truck Wednesdays 

The first Food Truck Wednesday was a success!  


A new food option on campus, Food Truck Wednesdays, will happen every Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., beginning on Sept. 2.


Grab lunch from a variety of food trucks stationed on 20th Street by the Nocella Walkway and Connelly Library. Cash or card accepted. 

The Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards is looking for faculty and staff to volunteer as Student Conduct Advocates and Navigators.

Attend Mass of the Holy Spirit in the De La Salle Chapel to bless the new academic year with faith, music, and unity.

Mass will take place every Sunday in the De La Salle Chapel, with Confessions from 4 to 4:45 p.m. 

How to Live Mentally Well and Crush it in College  

Thursday, Sept. 10 from 5 to 6 p.m. 

Join Student Success in the Dan Rodden Theatre for an engaging evening with mental health and suicide prevention specialist, author, and comedian Joshua Rivedal. Blending standup comedy, storytelling, and practical strategies for well-being, this interactive program will explore topics such as mental health, self-care, recognizing signs of depression and suicide, supporting others in need, and connecting with helpful resources. Whether you're a new student or returning to campus, this event offers valuable insights to help you thrive academically and personally while building a healthier, more supportive campus community.

9/11 Memorial Service 

Friday, Sept. 11 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. 

The La Salle Students’ Government Association and University Mission and Ministry will honor the lives lost during the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks with a memorial service at the flags outside Connelly Library, including a reflection from an Explorer alumni present during the investigations after the attack. The Pep Band will also be present.  


In addition, flags will be planted in an “L” formation on the Quad. This space is intended for students, faculty, and staff to reflect and pay their respects to those affected by the tragedy.
