La Salle University Statement of the House vs. NCAA Settlement   

La Salle University Vice President of Athletics and Recreation and Director of Athletics Ashwin Puri released a statement regarding the House vs. NCAA settlement and La Salle’s reasoning for opting into the terms which will help to reshape college athletics. Read more.

La Salle Coaches Caravan  

The La Salle Coaches Caravan offers a multi-stop tour at select locations. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with La Salle athletics staff while enjoying food, beverages, and exclusive updates about the basketball program. The Coaches Caravan stops are:  

  • July 9: Stone Harbor, N.J., hosted by Larry Berran, ‘93 

  • August 13: The Green Parrott, Newtown, Pa., hosted by Bob Lutz, ‘81 

  • September 16: New York Athletic Club, New York, N.Y., hosted by John F. White, ‘67 

  • October 22: Union League of Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., hosted by Gregory J. Webster, ‘81

Upcoming Holidays, Observations, and Commemorations

Throughout the year, we celebrate the wide array of individuals, groups, and cultures at La Salle by calling to mind various holidays, observances, and commemorative days that provide our campus with an opportunity to learn and to become involved as they desire. New Student Move In and Convocation 

Thursday, Aug. 21 starting at 8 a.m. 

New students will be moving into their on-campus housing all morning and then beginning their La Salle experience with the First Expedition Walk and New Student Convocation. Look out for more information and volunteer opportunities.
