Are you a first-generation faculty or staff member? Let us know!

The Division of Student Development and Campus Life is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all students, especially for our first-generation students.

First-generation students often look to faculty and staff for mentorship, guidance, and inspiration. If you are a first-generation college graduate yourself, your journey and experience are invaluable assets to our community. You are a powerful role model!

To better recognize and celebrate the first-generation individuals among our faculty and staff, and to ensure you are informed about the impactful initiatives and programs we offer for our first-gen students, we are launching a brief, voluntary, and confidential survey. Your participation will help us:

  • Acknowledge and celebrate the diverse experiences within the La Salle community.

  • Inform you of upcoming events, resources, and mentorship opportunities for our first-gen student population.

  • Connect you to a network of like-minded colleagues.

Please take two minutes to complete this short survey.

Thank you for your partnership in making La Salle a place where all students can thrive.
