Throughout the year, we celebrate the wide array of individuals, groups, and cultures at La Salle by calling to mind various holidays, observances, and commemorative days that provide our campus with an opportunity to learn and to become involved as they desire. Learn more about the recognitions taking place across the globe and throughout the country during the month of September including:

La Salle is home to over 130 clubs and organizations, learn more and find out how you can get involved in the Union Ballroom.

Friday, Aug. 29 from 5 – 7 p.m. 

Head to the Dan Rodden Theatre to learn more about The Masque, La Salle’s student-run theater organization.

Late Night at La Salle: Milkshakes and Mini Golf  

Friday, Aug. 29 from 7 – 9 p.m. 

Spend your evening with Late Night La Salle for milkshakes and mini golf on Hansen Quad.  

Women’s Rugby  

Saturday, Aug. 30 at 1 p.m. 

Cheer on one of La Salle's newest teams vs. Mount St. Mary’s at DeVincent Field.

Late Night at La Salle: Plants and Paint on the Patio  

Saturday, Aug. 30 from 8 – 10 p.m. 

Head to the Union Lobby for a plants and paint evening hosted by Late Night La Salle. 

Mass 

Sunday, Aug. 31 at 5 p.m.

Participate in Sunday Mass in the De La Salle Chapel.

Mass of the Holy Spirit

Thursday, Sept. 4 at 12:30 p.m.

Join us in De La Salle Chapel as we ask for the inspiration, guidance, and presence of God’s Spirit throughout the new academic year and all of our campus activities. The Mass of the Holy Spirit is open to all, regardless of affiliation or belief.

Shuffle Screening  

Wednesday, Sept. 10 starting at 6 p.m. 

Join the Professional Clinical Counseling program and the School of Arts and Sciences Dean’s Office in Founders’ Hall Auditorium for a screening of the documentary Shuffle followed by a Q&A session. Click here to RSVP for free and learn more. 

Public Safety Advisory Group (PSAG)

All are welcome to join the PSAG to address the needs and concerns of the La Salle community members. The first meeting will be held on Thursday, Sept. 18 from 12:30-2 p.m. in McShain Boardroom and will meet monthly throughout the semester.
